CNC MACHINING

     Our machining plant consists of well-known brands, high technology CNC machines such as 6 units of 4 axis high speed twin pallet Chiron vertical CNC machining centers, 2 units of 4 axis Fanuc Robodrill CNC machining centers, 2 units of Okuma CNC lathes, 2 units of Star and Citizen swiss type sliding head automatic CNC lathes, 1 unit of Miyano CNC automatic lathe, 1 unit of Mori Seiki CNC lathe with c and y axis.

     Daily production capacity of our machining plant is 15.000 parts. We also design and produce our own machining fixtures which are equipped with quick mounting systems for zero defect.
