     As ISO 9001 certified company, our aim is to produce with cost effective and innovative solutions. So we consider everything at very first stage of the project. Castability of the design, filling and solidification charactheristics of the parts, gating designs are analysed deeply before producing the tool.

     After optimisation of the production cycle is finished, the designed tools are produced by our well educated and experinced staff with the latest technology machine tools. We produce approximately 35 casting and trimming tools in a year.
